It would take more keypresses to copy/paste it then to just retype it.

I use mouse to select the text.
I use Ctrl+X to cut.
Then use mouse to select where I want to paste.
Next I use Ctrl+V to paste text.

Same amount, but I found Cut then Paste much easyer.

Edit: No it's less key presses because if I just retyped [/b] I'd have to press the backspace key 4 times to remove the old one. Cut & Paste for teh win!
