This is the actuall gabe newell, its the forum account hes used on many occasions so no hoaxes. This is valve the same people who took Counter Strike added bots and new models and put it in a box for 40 bucks. If it really goes gold on Monday, ill beat myself unconscious with the nearest rock.

Above is the Terms of service regarding Ogre Net's (who own HL2fallout) forums. Either they've just broken their Terms of Service, which is a legal offence, or they've posted an incorrect password and hence need not worry about legal action (since libel would probably require Gabe Newell to reveal his true password and nobody wants that).
