Sims 2 Building Contest

Credit for the idea goes to Bio, but he hasnt acted on it, and had (what I thought were unfair) restrictions not everyone could deal with.

Basicly everyone designs a home in the sims 2, and submits it. Theres a 50k maximum price (to move a sim in) plus the cost of a new Lot (Large Lot 5 x 4, 12k ) making a total of 62k.

Houses must be on Large lot, submited to [email protected] by Next Friday (October 1st) at 5PM PST, costing no more than 62k.

If a house has a certain type of theme, please include it in text. No custom textures. Houses do not need to be furnished, but some points will be awarded if it carrys with the theme.

To cover it all again,

No more than 75,000
Large Lot (5 x 4) OR smaller
No custom textures/items
must be emailed to me by October 1st at 5PM PST.

Houses will be judged by someone impartial, and houses will be .rared and available for download at a later date.
