How many "Devs" are there

I was watching the BFR ownage 1, and if only Devs are alowed to pilot BFRs, but there was loads of TR and NC BFRs, so how many Devs are there?

I think some players figured out how to get their own BFRs, and that's why there were that many running around.

Some QA guys were piloting the BFRs also, though.

Their is a fair amount of Programmers, Playtesters etc.. often times other SOE employee's will help out too. I am not sure the exact amount however
