If you can solve this (and I did) you own at life. According to Einstein, who may have written this in the 20s, 98% of the work force cannot solve it.
IF YOU FIND OUT, PM ME THE ANSWER- DON'T POST THE ANSWER HERE. You can post things that aren't the answer. A: There are 5 different houses in 5 different colors. B: In each house is a person with a different nationality. C: These 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigars, and keep a certain pet. D: No owners have the same pet, smoke the same brand of cigars, and drink the same beverage. The question is: Find out the order, nationality, color of each house and who in each house owns what pet, smokes which brand of cigar, and who drinks what beverage using the clues below: 1. The Brit lives in the Red house. 2. The Swede keeps dogs as pets. 3. The Dane drinks tea. 4. The green house is on the left of the white house. 5. The green house's owner drinks coffee. 6. The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds. 7. The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill. 8. The man living in the center house drinks milk. 9. The Norweigan lives in the first house. 10. The man who smoks Blends lives next to the one who keeps cats. 11. The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill. 12. The owner who smokes Bluesmasters drinks beer. 13. The German smokes Pride. 14. The Norweigan lives next to the blue house. 15. The man who smokes Blends has a neighbor who drinks water. 16. Someone owns a fish. We got this assignment in Physics class, as a prep for critical thinking.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |
