no he's not......illegal stupidity deserves punishment....they may have only been 14 and 15 but they took something that was not theirs...no mercy sometimes. i myself would not have done that but it probably would have crossed my mind as an option.

Yes, but the crime should fit the punishments. If he simply gave them the beating of their lives or broke a few bones I wouldn't have a problem, but what he did was serious fucking overkill.

Most people have something called common sense, one of the main dictations of common sense is that, if there is an action, there will always be a reaction. On occasion, someone is a little nuts, and they will do crazy shit like chop your penis off if you cross them. The point is never to assume that nothing will happen, and if it does, you shouldnt be surprised.

The only people who should have their dick cut off are people who should NEVER, EVER, procreate. A child who makes a stupid mistake doesn't fall into that category. Perhaps someone that abuses children or the like, but not a child.
