Dont be duped into buying the mag like me there hands on preview was completely useless and didnt serve up any kew facts or screens or anything except a comment at the end that wasnt good this guy had a hands on preview then at the end says

"--but im curious how SOE will entice customers to pay a monthly fee for planetside when similar, non-persistant games can be played for free? Thats a question I bet SOE is asking to "

anyways the only good thing in the magazine was that on the inside of the front cover is the big fold out PS ad I dont know if any of you have seen it but on the left side of the add there are
fake posters for the three factions but the terran one is wrong it has Vanu instead of terrans standing in line

i've seen screens of all of the TR maxes now though, so it's all good. They showed one in The 2 new screens on PU, on of them in the armor section, and one in PC gamer.

yeah nothing new at all nothing old for that matter just inda says I played planetside beta planetside is a mmorpg

thats really it quite a wast of space

and yes PC gamer is a great mag

yeah PC Gamer isn't as good as it used to be. I blame it on the economy, and the fact that all of the origanal guys left.

Remember when PCGamer would have 300 page issues? God those were good days. But when the tech bubble busted, and the new editor took over, the issues are becoming more like pamphlets. I remember when I could come back to an issue after three months to reread something because there was just so much information. No longer.

I'm guessing you mean the US version of PC Gamer, because I have the brand new UK PCG and once again there is no info on planetside grrrr.

Ok this one's simple and i'de like to help out here.

1.YOU DO NOT get 2000-3500 people on ONE server on ANY over game

2.You DO NOT specialize in certain ROLES/PATHS for 4 MONTHS to get to battlerank 20 on ANY OTHER GAME!

3.TEAMWORK will be BETTER in this game than ANY other game!!

4.FAME

5.The fact you can blow the shit out of every other guy without having the game/server END!
