You can still bump threads - you just have to check a box at the bottom first

I don't remember, I was just surfing somewhere and found it, made it my background and left the site. I'll try to find it again.

I found the thread for it on EVE-online forums. Apparently some random guy made that, a guy from band of Brothers. Heres the link.
