This kinda thing happens all the time when you inroduce shit to places it's not supposed to be. Most Naturalists/animal activists understand the impact of a grossly overpopulated invasive species. Only the poorly educated types think killing animals is horrible ect. Most will agree that when species like this become a problem humane killing is the best solution.

When I was in Australia with my family I caught one of those in my hat and kept it in the hotel bathtub. One day we came back and it was gone; the maid had left a note saying that it was deadly and it had been be-headed. I later found out that if it had secreted the toxin, I could have been killed. (I was about ten, and my weight at that time was well within the capability of the toxin.)
