A few days ago SmokeJumper posted some new bandwidth settings you can tweak in game. I tested out a few settings last night with a few members on my team. It seemed to help with the lag issues quite a bit especially on highly populated Emerald.
It's possible to change your bandwidth settings to restrict or expand the maximum amount of data that you're sending/receiving.
This can help smooth out gameplay for low bandwidth users and can even allow smoother gameplay for high bandwidth users if they have the pipeline to support it.
The current default is the "Medium" setting below.
