Outfit Utility

Zeno sends word that n2q0 has created an outfit utility for PS, after toying around with it a bit myself I must say it is the best util to come out yet for PS. It allows you to add oufits, and single users to the program. Then you can sort and list the certs everyone has. Here are some details:

1. You can also input outfit names and it will sort all the outfit certs, stats, and other info.
2. You may also enter friends and enemy lists and sort them by certs, stats, and other info.
3. The program is best run behind Planetside and while Planetside is not in full screen mode. In the video settings for Planetside, deselect "full screen mode" so that when you alt+tab out of the game, you can still see the game and you don't crash (many people report crashing from alt+tab when in full screen mode).
