PS Site looking for help!

Hi everbody! I am new in the planetside thing, but still am eager to build a site on it, but I will need some help. to view the current layout its @ http://www.cncnebula.co.uk/planet/ We are looking for content updaters, tutorial writers, news updaters, moderators, article writers, and download managers. The rules are as follows

Dedication
If you are going to leave after a week we're not interested. If you work for us then you do so in the long run; you will be prepared to meet deadlines and to spend a sufficient time to do your job properly.
Maturity
If you work for us, you will be a mature person. We know how to have a laugh - but we don't want little kids working for us. The ages of our staff members range from 14-25, but they are all mature. Age is a rough guide as to maturity; you shouldn't be any younger than 15 preferably, unless you have the talent to make up for the age gap.
PS Knowledge
Anyone who works on this site should have an excellent knowledge of PS. You should also have knowledge of other games and have good general knowledge.
Honesty
We're not interested in people with false credentials. For example, if you are giving examples of previous work then don't say you know HTML if you only know what it stands for. We don't like cheats.
MSN Messenger
This popular chat utility is required if you wish to work here. All staff members must have it so they can maintain good working relationships and be contacted easily. If you don't have it then you must download it before you apply for a job.
Intelligent
You don't have to be Einstein to work here, but you do have to be clever otherwise you will simply not grasp even the basics of languages such as HTML. You should be able to debate well and be able to put forth concise opinions and observations.
Grammar
We don't have time to teach you where to put in your full stops nor how to spell properly. If your grammar is poor then don't apply.

Not a bad site. The only problem is, it took a LONG time to load even with cable. I would help, but I don't have the time. Plus I have my own site.

It's the name of my network if you have to know, i have had it for ages, although only just recently had the urge tomake something of it. I don't know why it's taking long for you, the headers the most graphically intense file there and that should load in 3 seconds on 28kbs, so I don't know, I will see what I can do to it though. Thanks for all the feedback!

lol its in uk thats why. with my cable if i play on the best UK server for a game my ping is minimum 400+
