A word on Cheats

With a bunch of cheating going around now, Sporkfire took a moment to post this little snippet about cheaters:

• As I mentioned in a reply to another post, we are very aware of the speedhacking that is being reported in the forums and by players in the game. We are looking at the various files that claim to be speedhacks to determine if they do in fact work with PlanetSide and we are investigating other potential exploits that may have the same effect.
  Remember that using third-party programs and exploiting bugs in PlanetSide is a violation of our policies and can result in disciplinary action, up to and including accout termination. It can also result in questioning of your self-worth as you realize that if you have to use these programs, you just really aren't that good at games, huh?
  
  To those thinking of trying these programs, keep the above in mind, as well as the fact that not all third party programs are what they apear to be. The last reported exploit programs prompted this sticky post.
