Random Saw IV commercials?

Maybe it's just the Canadian stations but we got some freaky ass commercials running up here. Snow shows up on the screen as if the signal was lost and in that the face of the Saw doll shows up and laughs. Then it goes back to regular programming or other commercials...

I saw it yesterday at like 2 a.m... woke me up real quick.

Ya, saw this on Spike, they show it between like 3 commercials and then for the 4th they show the whole commercial.

Speaking of random commercials, I saw an anti-drug commercial where some guy drinking coffee gets blown up by his neighbor's meth house. Note that this is set in suburbia, and it's extremely calm before the explosion. Can't find a link atm, and sorry for the off-topic but I thought it was pretty damn random.
