1) You can see a "gun tower capture" notice here:
http://www.planetside-universe.com/m...php?img_id=358 2) You can see a "generator damage critical" notice here: http://www.planetside-universe.com/m...php?img_id=363 That makes sneaking in and poping the gens first less effective. If there were no warning, you'd be able to blow the gens then hack the base undisturbed. Other things I noticed: Sporkfire isn't very good . I saw a couple "sporkfire died" messages, but no "sporkfire killed" ones. SJ got capped with a shotgun-pistol, but I saw a couple "SJ killed so-n-so", so no ragging on his abilities. Vanu have a weird crease running over the top of their heads. Creepy. The person taking these screenshots isn't too bright. Agile and a suppressor?! C'mon man! And no second pistol. Just wasteful. Also, that person has an "Advanced regeneration implant" but runs around for a while with 28 health. Oops. One could argue that this is probably a brand new character, and the first cert they took was the agile armor (good move), but that still leaves an empty pistol slot. At least put a grenade or REK in there... sheesh. But if they've got an implant, then they're at least BR 6, so the 'first cert' argument evaporates. Tidbit 3) FlyingPurplePeopleEater has Strange Knees: http://www.planetside-universe.com/m...php?img_id=359 "I'm crazy grenade knee man! I've got a grenade for a knee! NOW GIVE ME SOME CANDY!!!" Yow. I think the armors all come with rectal and urinary catheters in place. That WOULD explain those postures.
And, to be perfectly honest, I'd rather have the catheters in a MAX anyway. They don't look like something where you can just whip it out and let fly. Tidbit: Deadlock stares at peoples' asses. |

The grenade knees do look really funny. Especially with purple armor

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

Yeah I noticed this standing position to be really wierd. Does anyone know if this is being changed? Hamma care to shed some light on this? Its gonna be kinda annoying to see 100's of people standing in groups like that.
