Would you rather buy the game for 150 dollars or pay to play 10 dollars a month but only pay 50 for the game?

I would rather pay 150 evan though i don't have but i would find a way. And the thing a hate about the monthly fees is that sometimes u need a credit card and my parents no longer own a credit card. So is it possible to pay by cash i know they usually make it more though if u pay by cash?

You'll probably be able to pay either with a debit or credit card or with game cards. Game cards are similar to Phone cards, you buy them at a store and they count towards a month or two of gametime or however long they're worth.

Hamma thinks that there will most likely be pre-paid cards, or you pay with a credit card.

I wonder why people vote for the monthly one quite frankly..

Sure.. u may pay lots up front but what if u wanna play the game for an extended period of time... I mean really.. u'll end up paying that 150 once or over and over and over in monthly paying.
I find this a very simple question.

On the other hand I know the 150 once thing will never happen for pretty much that reason there. If the game goes a fair amount of time.. 1 year+ then they'll end up losing money which they don't want.

Just my opinion

Doubt 150 will do the trick,
try more along the lines of 50 +(48*15)
or around 770 dollars, that's about how much you'll pay to play for 4 years

I ussually get bored with offline games in a month, like unreal tournament offline, that bot AI sucked. The ones with good replay value get 4 months, I haven't played a MMO yet though so I have no idea how long PS will keep entertained.

Hopefully they will offer this option as it would save many a LOT of money! Hence the above sentence, they probably won't.

Another thing about the 150 up front is, what if I don't like the game? I just lost 150 bucks. If I pay to play it, I can cancel at anytime. But on the other hand, if I like it, I might play it for years. Also on the no credit card thing, when I played Everquest, they had pre-paid 90day cards in the stores. So if they do the same thing for PS, then you won't have to have a credit card.
