Is it worth it trying to get my account unbanned?

About 5 years or so back I got tired of SoE games and decided to try and sell my accounts for a bit of extra spending cash in college. Apparently before I was able to make a sale SoE found out and banned my accounts. Has anyone heard of them unbanning something like this? Is it even worth it (I had a BR23 CR5 char and currently on another account i have a BR14 CR3 char) or should I just continue with this char and roll him into PS2.

The only reason I care is I want whatever their going to give vets who roll over into PS2. Thanks for your answers and opinions.

I guess it is worth a shot, worst that can happen is they would say no. I'd call though..

Selling a character is against the ToS, so I doubt they would be willing to give it back.

So is cheating, hacking and exploiting. But some of those assholes are back in the game.

Well the CSR gave me a ban appeal form and said its up to the game managers to decide to relase my account or not so fingers crossed
