Can you guess the grenade types?
http://yfrog.com/kexkqlfj T-Ray, I suggest a red tip for the standard frag.

The top two have the same propulsion cartridge that is bigger than the third one, so they probably have similar ranges that are farther than the bottom 2. My guess is:
1. HE anti-vehicle/armor piercing 2. EMP/Flashbang (basically a way to incapacitate vehicles/people momentarily) The third one looks to be similar warhead to the top one, but with a smaller cartridge, so probably: 3. Anti-infantry armor piercing And the last one seems to have the largest propulsion cartridge of all, and the smallest warhead, so it would only be useful for aiming far away and for producing only a small amount of concussive force; i.e. almost useless as a weapon. My guess: 4. It's a flare.

Well, that confirms explosive spam in PS2. At least it will most likely be used to wear down/flush out enemies, rather than solo one-shotting, due to the longer TTK.
I was kind of hoping there wouldn't be any explosive projectiles for infantry, seeing how BF3 looks on Operation Metro around the ticket hall and Grand Bazaar in the alley... |
