So I've got the specs nailed down for my PS2 build, but I'm having trouble deciding on a case. Mainly looking for something that will give me lots of room to work with.
My 2 main choices right now are: NZXT Phantom: Corsair Graphite 600T I'm a sucker for white and black. |

I got a NZXT Phantom full sized case the other day and it looks incredible, I'm very happy with it. Really easy to set up too since there's so much room to work with! There's also room for like a gazillion extra fans so cooling shouldn't be a problem.
The only downside is that it is pretty massive; I never realised, but I've never actually had a full size case before and they're huge. |

There's a lot more varieties of the Phantom, though that doesn't matter if you're set on white and black.
If you search google images for real pictures of the cases, as opposed to cut-out images of them brand new with all the lights on, the 600T comes off looking better to me. |

I prefer the 600T. Never cared for NZXT.

yeah, I think I'm leaning towards the 600T. It's a bit more understated than the phantom, but I'm not planning on going over the top with lights and liquid cooling this time around. I promised myself I'd never use a mid tower after my last build, but looking at the specs and reviews, it's a much roomier case than my current enclosure. I also like some of the little touches they've put in as far as the fan controller, dust filters, and a black interior.

-Thermaltake level 10 gt in white? (R2?)
-Mountain Mods U2-UFO in white? (full tower by volume, companion cube by design) -Aerocool xPredator in white? (l33t xNaming convention, must be good) -Rosewill THORv2 in white? (cheap and cheerful, HUGE) -Corsair Vengeance c70 in white? (or even better Military Green?) *Tossing these out because they caught my eye, not endorsing anything. Do own research, etc. |

I've bought outrageous looking cases before, and I think the corsair's elegant simplisity will be a good thing over the long hall. |

That is how I like my cases too (Lian-Li). Simplicity and some extras like LED lighting is doable. I can't stand the over the top plastic cases that are old alienware rip offs.

Ordered the 600T. Planning on going with the Sabertooth Z77 chipset which has a cool black minimalist thing going on that should pair really nicely with this case (thanks to PurfectStorm for the heads up on the asus board). Now we wait for Ivy bridge...
