While I know this picture is relatively old, it is great that we finally have some idea of what kind of base attachments there are. But what else can we come up with? What would you like to see as upgrades based on what we've seen in the E3 Demo? Obvious Upgrades Cover: Upgrades for walls, towers, rooftops, etc... that provide limited cover from Liberator bombs, strafing runs, and the occasional Vanguard on a hill. Wall/Fixed Turrets: Turrets for walls, and rooftops, and maybe even ground level. Other Upgrades: Faster Resource Generation: Invest in your base and get more in the long run. Vehicle/Consumable Discount: Lorewise, you create a more efficient blueprint for your vehicles and consumables(grenades, ACEs(?), etc...), lowering the resource cost. Walls and Gate: Closes up the walls and creates energy gates(ala PS1), slowing the speed in which enemies can pass. Can be shut down by destroying the generator(I believe they said they wanted to add objectives for people to destroy like a generator). Anything else?

Not sure how this would work out but I think it would be great to have some base attachments that help against different kinds of weather. Like for fog maybe you could have some fog-horns to help clear the air to make things more visible. And maybe a temporary shield to guard against sand, snow and thunder storms while your team is setting up an operation?

Most definitely. I very much like this idea. Not quite so much to where any one player has the power to change how the base is, but if the empire holds it long enough then it just becomes that more powerful. Will definitely make priority targets a priority. |

Maybe make the capture point kiosks show video's of the side that currently holds it trying to dissuade you from hacking it. The banners stream a looped 5 min speech from the leader/recruiter of the current holding faction's leader. Throw this stuff in as fluff for special events such as launch anniversary or holidays. Vanu New Year's resolution: To show humanity that they too can evolve. Terran Christmas from the safety of your living room with a MAX guarding your door. New Conglomerate Independence Day with discount experimental fireworks from our corporate sponsors that are almost guaranteed not to blow up in your face ... almost. Sooooooo many good ideas.
