I'm confused now. The account to *what*? You can't download the client until you log in with your beta key, and I've been assuming the key would be in the magical email we're all assured of getting, and I've been waiting for it like a kid hoping one of Willy Wonka's golden tickets will be in his next package of Everlasting Gobstoppers.
I've registered for beta on the PS2 web site. I've updated the email address on my ancient original Sony Station account. Is there anything I missed...? /sudden dread |

The beta key is just something that is added to your account. When they activate vets accounts, it will be almost like they automatically put a beta key into your account without you needing to enter anything. It's automatic, instead of you having to manually enter any code. Your account will be activated... soooooon. |

If you used the same email as your old Sony Station account to manually sign up for the beta on the website, well, that's just a fail-safe, but you're already going to get in at some point, guaranteed, as a current/former subscriber to Planetside 1. |

We all should have given the PCGamer keys away to someone instead of wasting it on our accounts.
