From the video's we've seen, jetpacks don't quite zip one around quite like that. also, you won't be climbing along the side, shooting into the hold from above through a disturbingly thin roof, or grappling other jet pack guys in mid-air and tossing them aside like they can't fly too.
Running along the tops though? Maybe. Planetside 1 vehicles moved beneath the player. I don't know how they'll handle in Planetside 2. |

There is footage confirming that standing on moving vehicles is possible in PS2; there's basically no way dropping/jumping onto a moving Gal/Lib and laying a few sticky grenades or boomers is not totally going to be A Thing. |

unless its stationary and on the ground, you mean.
in which case, its doing something wrong if it allows you to get that close, or its pilot is incompetent.

not that i disagree with plans splatting human physics
but the more i read the more things point towards that things dont work as they seem to from our perspective everywhere else. did you know that recently (last year) they discovered galaxys where the gravitational constant was different than that here in the sol system. it lead me to papers about how this impacts sir newtons works then to electric universe and eventually hollow earth which i know believe in. plug lol. |

Nothing in science refutes those possibilities. Have you ever heard of Kaku? But the one thing you cannot do is survive that kind of force crashing into you at that speed, or at least not without some serious damage, or the kind of armour tech which would make it totally bullet and explosion proof! Which would make for a pretty boring wargame wouldn't you think? If everyone was immune to bullets.
