First of all, you forgot every important detail there is.

Second, War Machine is actively negotiating mergers with small outfits. PM for more info when you decide running one isn't easy.

Unfortunately, people judge a book by its cover. You'll want to edit your first post with some basic info:

- Server/TZ
- Outfit Focus, if any. (Armor, Air, Infantry, Support, etc)
- Style (Casual, Organized, Hardcore)
- Organization(Rank Structure/Decision Making)
- Com Type, if any. (Vent, TS3, Mumble, Skype, etc)
- Recruiting Process/Application (Not wholly necessary).
- A blurb about you/your outfit intent

I can't tell you how to be a success. But I do know those early members who want to help grow a new outfit are really gonna count. They won't want to have to hunt this info down.

We know you use TS3 and are NC, but not where you are based, what your specialty is, who your demographic is, what your internal structure is like, what your future plans are, or what you have for past experience (as a group).

And even with all of that, your formatting eviscerates any chance to take you seriously.

Now, I'm not trying to belittle you, but you need to at least make it look like you spent some time and effort on it or you are going to have a real hard time recruiting anyone.
