A strange dilemma:

Hoping someone can help here..so I registered for the PS2 Beta a few months ago using the original email address I used for Planetside back in May 2003. It's been a few years since I was an active subscriber but this is the email addy they should have on record as me being a veteran. I also registered for beta using a newer alternate email address. Yeah - I know, but I really want IN!!

So I get an email on June 26th sent to my alternate address (not attached to any veteran status) with the following text: "We are gearing up for the next phases of testing for PlanetSide® 2, which kicks off with a Technical Test. Please click the link below to tell us more about your computer specifications. For more information about our upcoming beta plans, check out this Producer Letter covering the highlights! Remember, if you are an original PlanetSide® 1 player, you have priority!"

The clincher..I never received this email for my original PS1 veteran email address. What gives and is there any way to correct this?

If you hit the register for beta button again, it will ask you for your hardware specifications. Or at least it was when they started doing this. Not sure if they still want this info.
