Needless to say, I am a fairly recent player (and by "recent" I mean "I haven't even five minutes of experience under my belt"), but I know enough already to know that teamwork is a pivotal aspect of Planetside 2, and the key to enjoying it is being part of an outfit.
However, it's quite clear that most outfits don't have the patience to look after clueless incompetents like myself, still floundering blearily about the map interface. If there are any outfits out there that can offer some "on-the-job training" to greenhorns like myself, perhaps being teamwork-centered, reasonably organized and relatively laid-back while they're at it, just tell me where to sign up. I can play on any Western-US server, and am willing to team up with either the New Conglomerate (preferred) or Terran Republic. Thank you for your consideration. |

There are actually quite a few outfits that are new player friendly, pick a server and a faction that you feel comfortable playing after trying them all out and jump into public outfit squads in game and roll with them for a few hours. If you like how they work and you seem to gel, ask what to do for an invite.
