Here's what it looked like for me, NC, compared to my default camo "Clover", which I used because it was (previously?) the darkest camo NC could get (click for full-size image):

This one is black with some not-too-bright blue bits. Seems darker than Clover overall. Finally some of us have been brought up to the Vanu default?

I have this camo option. Both on my VS, which I have played since launch (13 days played ), and my NC which I have had since early feb, with only 1.5 days gametime.

I'm reading that you also get a title, and that it was supposed to be added to every character that logs in, not just the first that you accept the bundle with per account. They'll be fixing that soon.

Some people are also saying you can get 170 free station cash, but it has something to do with having an account on 2 or more SoE games.

I would try to test some of this but currently I can't log in, it gives an error message.

And some people think that Amerish Scrub is darker than Clover. I don't think that's true, I think Clover is darker, but they are close. If Amerish Scrub ever goes on sale I'll probably buy it and compare.

You know, I hope they continue giving these out once some more time has passed. My PC died before beta ended (where I had a character) which meant I wasn't able to install the game and create a new Char until January. Which sucks, seeing as I've come in with the NVIDIA fail, and this camo looks really sweet.

Had to delete Planetside 2 yesterday, re-downloading it right now. Hopefully this isn't just some timed camo which can only be earned today.

i think amerish scrub is more aesthetically pleasing than clover but i really don't think it is darker

I didn't notice this before, but now there's a "Bundles" tab on the Spend-All-Your-Station-Cash page in the game. All or nearly all of the bundles from the past are there, some are "unavailable", but others appear to be 50% off sales without an expiration date. Others are the rather weak 15% off bundles they just introduced which are pretty much not worth it unless you're sure you would buy every item in the bundle for full price anyways.

Edit: The "Spend-All-Your-Station-Cash page" is called the "Depot" (I forgot) and the Bundles tab also shows bundles which are upcoming for the next two weeks. So you can determine if you should buy now or wait for the sale.

Im neither a member nor bought Alpha squad and got the camo. It's the same as me getting the PS1 vet decal when I never played a minute of PS1.

Free is free, and I like this camo for indoors and nighttime.
