Does the decimator have no drop?

I read somewhere that the decimator has no drop due to it being an "unguided" missile instead of just regular dumb fire

Is this true?

Unguided = Dumb fire

The decimators high damage is balanced due to it's severe INCREASE in bullet drop

I drops about as much as a tank shell. But significantly less than the AA/AV lock on launchers' dumb fire.
