I'm from Colorado, the land of "3 feet of snow and 10 degrees one day and it all being melted and 70 degrees the next" and "The desert with an ocasional blizzard"
If any of you heard about Denver's big storm it was true. At my house I got 1.5 feet of snow and it all melted within 3 days. Went from winter coats to shorts within a few days. We have no water out here so nobody has been able to water their lawns for years. The moisture gets evaporated too quick. In other words, the weather here is pretty crazy.

Tru dat Hamma. North East weather suxx0r! However, having lived in the South West also, (Phoenix, Arizona) I would have to say that I would MUCH rather have it cold than hot. 120 degrees F is no thx. Imagine stepping out of your house in bare feet (its way too hot to be wearing anything on your feet, unless you have flip-flops) and trying to navigate around stepping only in the shadows, because if you step on pavement that is not shadowed you will get burned. It hurts. It's also very hard to get to sleep when it's 120 degrees F out because its so damn hot you basically have to sleep nekkid with a million fans blowing on your ass and then if you do fall asleep you wake up with your eyes crusted over and your throat is so dry that it hurts to try swallowing any remnants of saliva that may still exist.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |
