Unable to view the characters page.

For the past couple days, When I've tried to access the stats page, I've gotten this message:

The webpage at http://www.planetside-universe.com/characters.php might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error code: ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED

I've tried this on multiple browsers and multiple devices. The problem only happens on pages that actually show character stats (i.e. I can search for characters and outfits, but as soon as I click a result I get an error). This has happened to me ever since the day of the PSU community event (though that's probably unrelated). The weird thing is, is that it appears I'm the only one having this problem due to the fact that noone else has brought this up. Anyone know whats happening?

That mostly fixed the issue, but I'm still having trouble accessing the main Characters page that has all of my characters. But at least i can view everything else. The page is:

Not sure why it's now just this page.
