How do I "unclaim" a deleted character

I am a subscriber of PS2 and today I deleted one of my four characters to replace an old alternate with a newer alt on the same server as my main character. I have four claimed characters on this site, and that includes my old alternate, and I want to claim my new baby character but I can't get rid of my old fella so that I can get a cool new sig for the new one.

Should I just wait another day or so so that the site picks up on the delete? Or is this an issue that requires some technical help? Sorry if the former is true and I'm just clogging the forums. :P

We may need to manually do it, what character do you want unclaimed?

Yeah I'll have to fix that. For now we will need to remove it.

I would like to unclaim all of my claimed characters. I have already deleted them in game but now they are stuck on my data link page. Please help!

They should be unclaimed from your account now.

Sorry if I'm necroing a thread, but I need a character removed from my account, Layne66. I deleted him and made a new one but now i have two of them on my character page, you can delete them both and I'll re-add the new one.

I also have the same problem. If you could disassociate all my identities I will re-claim the ones that still exist. Thanks!

I've unclaimed the characters assigned to everyone since I last replied.

I have a BR 3 NC on my account that I ended up replicateing to a different server. I already claimed the new one (currently at BR 6) and they have the same name. the old one was on Woodman, the new on Waterson.

I also have a deleted character that needs to be unclaimed and the name is Church41349 because I would really love to claim one of my other alts that isn't deleted.
