My gosh, FOX will do anything for ratings! They have a new show coming, called Mr. Personality, in which 1 girl dates 20 men. After a while, she has to choose the one she wants to "get involved" with. But the real kicker, the one that I literally laughed aloud at.. was the fact that MONICA LEWINSKY is hosting the show!

Your TV networks cant do anything of its own initiative!!! THEY BUY UP SHOWS FROM THE UK, get your own freaking ideas!!!

This TV show was a channel 4 creation in the UK 2 years ago.

Lets look at previous exports to the US:

Who wants to be a Millionare - original British show hosted by Chris Tarrant on ITV, after its initial 2 series, the producers package up the program and sell it to several other countries under licence meaning they cannot change the shows content etc but they can add their own show host.

Big Brother - a channel 4 production which after its initial UK series went on to make series in many countries, before making a further 3 series in the UK.

Pop Idol - currently 3 series in the UK, one to find a pop group, one to find a pop star and one to launch a male group and a female group. Rebadged as American Idol and sold to the US.

Theres more but I cant be assed.

Seems you guys make good cartoons (Simpsons, South Park etc etc and really good 80s stuff like the dukes and knight rider, and a good bit of wank TV) but nothing much else.

OK I've gotta give it to the American's on this one, they gave me Friends, Futurama and Family Guy (and from my youth: airwolf, knightrider and the A-team).

Although we did give the world Monty Python.
