Yes it should work. The only thing that 'may' (and I stress MAY) keep you from enjoying the full benefit is the processor. If you can upgrade it to something like a 2.0Ghz, you should be sitting really pretty.

You should be fine, but I doubt you will be playing on the highest settings. However, you do have the "sweet" amount of RAM for PS, so you are in really good standing in that aspect.
