this might sound like a noob question but would like a P3 1.6 be faster than a p4 1.3. i just wondering i dont really know that much about comps.

It's a noob question, but the pursuit of knowledge should not be followed up by flaming.

There is no such thing as a P3 1.6Ghz chip. I believe the P3 family went only as high as a 1.2Ghz (correct me if I'm wrong).
