First keep trying. It could have been just the server at the time, maybe a bad patch like they had last night, etc.
If it keeps on happening and you drop and the server or alot of others in your zone don't go down then it could be a timeout problem with your connection. You can usually tell as it will lag for about 3 mins or so before it drops you. You will not be able to open any doors or use vehicle terminals, etc. If this is the case, it could be your connection.
If it drops without much warning, try dropping down the video options very low in game. Also make sure they are set low in your D3D in video properties in windows. Try this for a while and see if you still get drops. If it stops, slowly work settings up to find a good level.
Other than that, try sending in any logs to dev. Not sure if you will actually have a crash log or not though.
