graphics card

well since my comp is barely able to handle planetside i decided i need a new graphics card.so does anyone know a pretty good one that might help my comp but not be too expensive?
heres my comp if it helps:
E-machine
pentium 4
2.0 GHz
60GB
256 RAM
Intel Extreme Graphics Card <-----this is reason for new card
cable modem
