game doesnt load floor?

i was playing the training, and everything went fine. but when i got to the second thing (about certificates) the continet would load up and everything, but then the ground texture would load and i would just fall to the bottom of some textureless world. i also couldnt hear the training person after this happened. i restarted the game and the same problem happened. any thoughts or help?

The off-line training still has multiple bugs in it. I recommend going on-line and into VR training for your empire. You can ask questions there and someone should be able to help you out. PS does have a learning curve, so be patient. I was in Beta and was still using AP rounds on spawn armor up until a week ago.

after downloading the patch, everything got fixed. woohoo!
