Ugly MAX's

I was looking at the MAX's and quite frankly TR and NC MAX's are ugly, the Vanu one is good though as it looks more organic(it kinda resembles a beetle) compared to the big blocks of poo which make the TR and NC. Seriously though it looks as if the TR and NC MAX's were made in scrapyards using spare parts. couldn't the dev's make them a lil' more pretty.

The vanu MAX looks interesting enough. The terran one looks... too plain, not fun to look at

I really like the look of the NCs though No care for asthetics or grace, just a big-ass block of armor with guns!

Led is diffentally right by the TR being the most uglest. dunno about the NC, Robotic tank suits and lego don't mix well.

i agree with some of the others. The VS max is definatly the best looking..and the NC max looks great to me.. its sorta "so ugly it looks cool" kinda thing..its plain..blocky..but at the same time it looks powerful.

the TR max is definatly the worse of the bunch..i think its cause of the rounded powderpuff look. the VS max looks sleek and dynamic..the NC max looks powerful..the TR max just looks..eh. kinda reminds me of the Space Marines from other games.

I think they should give it a bit more of an "insect" look. Get rid of the domed visor thing..and give it ze goggles. perhaps more of a spiderman shaped pair of goggles, with a closed helmet. and give him a neck while your at it..or at least something that appears to seperate his head from his chest

Also, instead of one big ROUND chest plate.. accent the chest with a slight muscle tone.. and reduce the abdominal area so that he looks a little skinnier in the stomach area..and large in the chest and leg area. That would make him look more athletic and mean. Also make those chain guns bigger! those little things look pathetic..the standard issue chain gun is bigger than those!. Give him a couple of the chain guns like they put on the prowler.

oh and btw, all 3 factions actually have 3 colors..their 2 faction colors..and black. i think the TR max needs a little more black to accentuate the grey and red. and those big red shoulderpads..they do nothing for the look..get rid of em and put in something a little more angular and wicked looking.

I think if they were to make those changes..the TR max would be on par with the VS max in looks.

as for the NC max.. well i dont think it looks BAD..but if they were to fix its stance..get rid of those slightly bent legs and make him stand up straighter. As for the rest of him, the arms, legs, and head look perfect. the torso is the only thing that is a little out of whack..make him look less like a fat ass and he would be beautiful.

thats my critique.. now..if the devs actually change it..id be really surprised :P

kicking ass is great..i love to kick ass..but i REALLY love to look good while I do it.

Sure you could dress me up in a pink too too and have me slap people with a daisy that kills in one hit.... i could kick ass with it..but id look like a damn idiot.

looking cool is all part of the joy of games.. people dont want to just fight..they want to experience a whole different reality..and they want to be a bad ass in that alternate reality. and looking cool and mean is part of being a bad ass.

Vanu MAX looks the coolest and has lasers. Big woop. We all knew the Vanu have the best of everything looks wise and everthing else wise already. Its because we are better then you. You can tell because we wear purple with pride!
