Do vehicles give you the edge in outdoor combat enough to tilt the odds in your favor every time even if the enemy outnumbers you but does not posses vehicles?

I agree. Countless times have I seen a tower lost simply because two tanks and two reavers spammed the entrances with explody spam...

While it might seem cheap dying over and over again without chance as an infantryman to survive, it is not. I have whined to my teamates and argued with empiremates that the reason for losing so many close battles is because of our lack of air and ground vehicle support. The Vangaurd is insanely STRONG and you will lose 1 on 1 (tank) or even 6 on 1 (tank), but not as invincible when pitted against other vehicles. And with the new Liberator, it will be interesting indeed...

It all depends, in some situations I would guess not, but, in most I would say they would kinda have to. So...agree.

Yeah, when infantry is stalemated, vehicles help. You can't just bring a tank and expect things to turn around--you've got to rinse and repeat.

And don't even think about going up against the Phoenix.
