LMAO that was one of the most disturbing things I have ever heard... I think I saw in the user agreement that you're not aloud to distribute the game files...hence the mp3s...someone might want to look up on that

Found it....This is from the liscence agreement on beta site:
"1.2 License Restrictions. Recipient shall not:

(a) Sublicense to, transfer, distribute or permit use of the Beta Software by, any third party;

(b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Beta Software;

(c) Make copies of the Beta Software other than one (1) copy for back-up purposes to be used solely as a replacement for the original copy, provided that Recipient includes on the back-up copy all copyright and other notices that are included on the Beta Software; and

(d) Export the Beta Software in violation of the export control laws of the United States of America and other countries."

I don't think they'd mind someone posting a funny 800k mp3 file . That stuff is more about preventing people from zipping up their PS folder and putting it on Kazaa.

I didn't even consider the legality of posting the file. I post screenshots too, which are technically part of the beta software.

If you think it's really going to be an issue, I can remove it just as easily as I uploaded it.
