On a serious note, I need your help guys
About two weeks ago I went to bed very late, about 4 in the morning and woke up at about 5 and I couldent fall back asleep. I thought it was just bad luck or something. Well I tried going to bed earlier that next night, I woke up at 5 again. Just a coincidence right? For about the past two weeks now Ive been waking up at 5 in the morning for unexplained reasons. Im loosing two and a half ours of precous sleep and Im getting very mad. Sleeping pills dont even help. Im stupped

EDIT: about 5 in the morning and woke: Ment to say 4 in the morning
