Cause I'm gonna be on the EU server and FC is gonna be central so I left, I wanna find a good clan thats UK based, anyone know of one?

OV (Octavian Vanguard) is also a UK-Outfit. You can find the HP in the Database of PSU.

Dreamscape Virus looks very interesting, not many members as of yet which is what I like, when I get home from College I'm going to apply, I haven't checked OV yet.
