Yeah, she's a fighter though. Seriously, this won't even slow her down. She's always fighting with her mother because she won't let her move out for six months. She was accepted to Santa Cruz before the accident, and Berkeley let her in afterwards, so she is pissed she isn't in Santa Cruz for the fall.

I felt sorry for her at first, but really she hasn't changed at all. If anything, her personality is stronger then ever. She's still young, and is in pretty damn good condition got what she went through, not to mention she's survived two heart attacks where her heart completely stopped. She can feel sharp and dull on her arm, which some quadripilegics who have some arm and hand control still can't do, so she's real optimisting about getting her arms and hands back which is enough to make her happy.

She also just found out she can still scuba dive, so she is overjoyed.

Ah...that's a little better. Not the extreme quadripilegic where she has no arms or legs at all anymore (or am I thinking of the wrong term?).

I think it may be the same term, it applies to someone who is unable to use their arms/legs for whatever reason I believe.

Looked it up, it means: Complete paralysis of the body from the neck down.

So I guess losing your limbs is something else.
