Woe is me...

I'm in a dilemma guys...

I've known for the past 2 years that Kevin McCann has used Stryker as his in-game nickname, but the videos of him playing with MY name (hahaha) has made me think I will probably have to change it, since he will be using Stryker.

So, my question is...what's my new nick?

For some reason, the word "Albatross" comes to mind...but that's just a gigantic bird...I'm not sure why I thought of that as my new nick..lol

An Albatross was concidered a good omen by sailors in the days old. It was beleived that the Albatross brought the wind to power the sails of the ships. There is a very famous poem called "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner" in witch a sailor acidently kills one and as a result the wind dies so they ae stuck in the middle of the ocean.

To make a long story short, the entire crew dies except him.

One after one, by the star-dogged Moon,
Too quick for groan or sigh,
Each turned his face with a ghastly pang,
And cursed me with his eye.

Four times fifty living men,
(And I heard nor sigh nor groan)
With heavy thump, a lifeless lump,
They dropped down one by one.

The sailor lives on to tell his story to the world, and why you should not kill an Albatross. So if you take all that into concideration it's a pretty cool name. 200 Men died because someone killed one bird. It's a nice warning not to kill you.

When I hear Albatross I just think large bird. Not so much a big cool bird but just a big bird. Now a cool bird name would be phoenix or something along those lines.

I'd suggest not trying to find a name in anything you know, like books or movies or songs or whatever. Just have fun putting random stuff together till you get something you like and you hope is original.

I did that for mine but sadly Dio is more popular than i knew.
Hopefully though i'll be the first and/or only one to play PS.

Also, Phoenix sounds like a named that would be widely used too, however I think it might work. I'll think about it.

Well if you do choose phoenix or something popular try to write it in another way, like i would go Fenix rather than phoenix.

Don't get me wrong i love Dragonball. But after seeing 254 variations of SSJGohan or Goku or SSVegita, etc,etc,etc you get tired of it.

That and by my experience the DBZ names are usually immature kids and/or jerks.

I've searched a long time for a name I could call my own. I tried throwing together letters and having names that sounded cool (Talishar, Fenril, Asmadi, etc.) but all of them were either NOT original by any means or also magiacally thought of by some hapless internet junkie.

So I did something I hadn't tried before. I used real things and made a mathmatical equation for my name. It consists of something so FUCKING COOL (excuse the language, but I'm attempting to recapture the moment ) I nearly wet myself with excitement! Thus, I took the name Zarparchior. And it is now my name.

Only you can choose your own name... It may be something easy, it may be overused, but you'll most definitely know it when you hear it.

i think Semirhage is a fucking bomb name. someone in T2 arena uses it. i wanna know what its from b/c i may steal it for other games.

currently i just use Whoracle, bodom, Lord Hypnos and Hollenthon for most things
