How do i measure my upload/download speed on my DSL??i want to know how fast my DSL is and im not sure

There are lots of websites out there that do this, but here is one that I like:

Just for the record my pipe here at work (T1) is:
Download Speed: 1236 Kb/s
Upload Speed: 675 Kb/s
(This is on the wireless network, would be faster if I was plugged in.)

You don't even what to know what I get at home on 56k.

umm i did terrible for ADSL i got 134kb/s upload and 634 kb/s d/l

And Upload of 362Kb/s
