The fight would probably play out like this:

Snake runs into Fisher
Fisher: *Guard alerted noise* *! above head*
Snake runs over, hides behind a crate, Fisher resumes plodding in a circle around a stack of crates after a short, failed search routine.
Snake gets in codec conversation with Otacon, Mei Ling, Raiden, and everyone else who talks a lot.
Fisher wakes up from the 'Metal Gear Solid guard trance' and becomes self-aware again.
Fisher climbs up onto a pipe on the ceiling.
His tights snag on a bent piece of pipe.
Snake ends conversation, FINALLY.
Looks up, shoots Fisher.

Now not to derail the thread, but it would be fun to watch Snake, Fisher, and the Master Chief from halo to get into a three-way deathmatch.

If the ease of contol is used as an indicator, Fisher would mop the floor with Snake. Or if it was unarmed combat, Fisher would kick his ass there, as well. But, Snake gets bigger weapons.
