so my dad has www.whateverurl.com - psu can make it so if you go to www.myoutfit.com it goes to www.whateverurl.com/outfit/

PSU will host your website (Thats your HTML, your images, your content, your whatever...) and give you a default sub domain of mysiteis1337.planetside-universe.com

IF you happen to own a domain name, then PSU can link the content hosted on PSU servers, to your domain name. You would retain ownership of the domain (obviously) but you are hosted by PSU.

IF you want your www.iamsoleet.com domain to point to www.mydadsurl.com/outfit then your dad would need to host your content, not PSU.
