Outfit Rank Abilities (plus a few other questions)

First off I would like to appologize if this has been answered, I honestly looked for an answer and was unable to find one on any of the sites I visit.

Outfit Rank Abilities
There are 8 ranks, but no where have I seen any sort of mention of what the ranks can do inside the outfit or any way to control that. I know that 7 is the leader and 0 is a newbie grunt with no privs, but it's 1-6 that have me confused. At what time do people start to get inviting others into the outfit?

Outfit Information
Where do you fill out the outfit information that isn't available to you via shift+o? Like Contact information and the like?

I haven't seen it documented anywhere, but here's what I've gathered from experimentation:

1. The "top" four ranks in your outfit have the ability to Invite people into the outfit
2. The "top" four ranks can Kick people out of the outfit if they are of lower rank
3. The "top" four ranks can Promote someone up to their Rank
4. I don't know how to set the "Contact Information"

Correct me if I'm wrong people, but I don't see any way of "setting" the rank permissions on anything, it just works this way out of the box.

Outfit abilities really need to be set by the OL.

For reference, I am the Outfit Leader. So if you're making a request that Outfit Leaders be able to configure outfit rank abilities, I second that whole heartedly. If you're telling me that it needs to be done by the Outfit Leader who has access, well I'm the outfit leader. Where's the access?
