Question Character

I was wondering, if anyone knows, will SOE move a character from an account over to another account. See the situation is that my Girl has been playing on my account and has a pretty good character going. I recently purchased another computer and have lan'd them together. We can now play at the same time. After I had to go and purchase another Planetside game and start her, her own account. Which I think retarded. I have purchased my own Liscence with SOE from the first Planetside game I purchased. So I am able to install the game on both pc's, but we can't log on at the same time on the same account. I swear they make it so they get money from you any way they can. Enough about me being pissed about that. Since I am complying with SOE's wants to get my money. I was wondering if anyone knows or has heard of them moving a character from one account to another. That way my girl doesn't have to start all over. If anyone knows someone to call or something plz let me know. Thanks

Wolf

you probably can, but dont contact SOE about it cause they will charge you. I know as soon as they took over everquest what was a free service suddenly had a 50 dollar charge. So try asking the support lines but be prepared for an extra charge

edit-
incoherance is fun!

Umm Karok, SOE always ran everquest, they didnt take over...

You are thinking of UbiSoft, who introduced a $50 transfer for characters moving to the UbiSoft owned European server, and the transfer charge was because you where no longer an SOE customer but instead a UbiSoft one.

In answer to the orginal question, you would have to contact them, you can only succed/fail if you actually try I guess...

Post a message on teh official forum for Spork, see what he says.

no Everquest was created and ran at the begining by Verant and then they were bought out by Sony. I know this for a fact.

There is no character Transfer.
But, if they ever put one in..they'd probly charge you for it.
It's possible that they didn't see a need for it. It's stupidly easy to level up. Xp and Levels are basically meaningless anyway..since you can do anything within the first 5 levels.

For the record. Aside from Server Splits and opening of the Euro servers. There never was a free character transfer process in EQ.
