Uhm... like he said, it's a recruiting tool. No one denies that. Hell, if they are spending my tax money on it, they better advertise in it. As far as recruiters go, I don't know anyone personnally who downloaded the game from the net and has ever been contacted, while playing or otherwise.
That being said, I haven't played it extensively, so maybe they only go after the people who are ranked highly from playing more than I do.
