There is nothing to congratulate them on for Emerald.
The global world map is hidously broken. TR won emerald yesterday, easily if you had been in game for most of the day. We had all our backyard for 5+ hours during the day. We had half of solsar or all of frequently, we half or mroe of cyssor for most of the day, we hald a good portion of Amerish and alot of Oshur for most of the day. Yet you look at the maps in there and there is no clear reflection of what was going on. Emerald Alliance moved in and took Cyssor, fought for it for almost the whole afternoon. And during that time we held everything we took in the back area, yet the global map shows that Wele belonged to the NC for the whole day. We had all of Cyssor locked down at one point and the NC did bounce back and recover all of it. Yet you can't find any evidence of either of those things happening when you look at the global map for Cyssor over the last 24 hours. (And it hasn't been over 24 hours yet) It's also awarding the VS bases on Ishundar and Forestal for the whole day that belonged to us (we had them locked down for at least 4 hours) The world tracking system needs to be looked at it's very frequently not updating bases correctly and when it doesn't those bases sit under the wrong sides controll for hours on end. This isn't meant to be a whine, I don't care much who wins the daily winner but congratulating anyone on winning or not is out of place given how broken the system is right now. |

We had Ceryshen/Ishundar/Forseral locked, had good portions if not more then 50% of Solsar/Amerish as well as most of Cyssor and then started a raid that took all but two bases on Oshur by the late hours of the night (we lost Cyssor by the time this was completed though.. can't hold everything). But I guess it's all in perspective, without a working historical count it's hard to really gauge who was winning. I do know that when we were really dominating enough NC/VS had logged off for our normally even population to account for 38% of the server. TR was dominating far more from what I had seen though. Your Forseral lock was earlier in the day when we started in on Cyssor ( I remember cause people where calling for us to head to there isntead of Cyssor) by the time we had half of Cyssor we had already relocked Foresral. By the time we had all of Cyssor but two bases we had also all of Amerish but two bases, half of Solsar and Mugen was starting up his raid on Oshur. I ended the night on Oshur at 3am with you guys only having 1 base was it? I know you were there defending as I bumbled my tired ass repeatly up to the backdoor and got nooblashered down by you. VS had a Hvar hack going but the only other base that wasn't ours was the one you were in. At any rate until that map is fixed to accurately reflect again what the in game map shows, daily winners are pretty pointless. |

Fuck that bitterness about being outskilled and outmanuevered. |

Tearing maxes appart equally fast as players cause your gun has overpowered AV abilties is 'outskilled' ? And the magrider on squish patrol in the courtyard made the other entrance even less of a successful proposition. You just keep telling yourself that your skilled and it's not your overpowered gun that's winning the day. Oddly enough time we did get down and into the base... I cleared both of you out with a Lasher. Hmmph. :P |

ghost PS: When I said it would never happen again, I was talking about another Terran victory. I didn't think I would have to spell it out a second time after another Terran player did in a reply to the original thread. The organization or lack there of is what tends to kill us, not to mention the population sizes. |

Shrug, you took the base after we left because the servers were downed. If you're under the impression that a lasher takes less skill than 2 pounder maxes, well, then I'm not even going to bother talking to you. Your flippant "noob" comment was, to say the least, foolish. |
